The Durban Transport Authority hosted a delegation from the South African Local Government Association National Working Group as part of ongoing knowledge-sharing engagements around public transport planning and implementation.
The session created an opportunity to discuss lessons from Durban’s transport programmes, including integrated planning, passenger information, infrastructure delivery and operational readiness.
These engagements support collaboration between municipalities and help strengthen public transport planning capacity across South Africa.
